To affect its mission, Eleemos envisions the following activities:

🔹 Identifying missing community assets that would

benefit from the Eleemos mission

🔹 Providing seed financing to fuel development of

needed community facilities

🔹 Acting as Asset Owner in the tax-exempt bond

financing and eleemosynary operation of needed

community facilities

🔹 Funding its operations primarily through project

revenues

🔹 Advocating for the creation of regenerative

communities, particularly for underserved

populations
